Anagram Fun.

An anagram is a type of word play, the result of rearranging the letters of a word or phrase to produce a new word or phrase, using all the original letters exactly once (wikipedia).

I have found a particularly strange anagram maker that seems to reflect a part of your personality.  This could be a strange coincidence, but perhaps the name given to us at birth does shape us more than we think.

Type your name into the box (first, middle, last, nickname, a combination…) and press enter.  Now put the answer you get back into the box and hit enter again.  What did you get?  Do either anagrams remind you of yourself?

Let’s look at some famous names:

Charles Manson: OR, MEN CAN SLASH  and HARM CLEAN SONS

Marilyn Monroe: IN LORE, MY NORMA and I MARRY LOON MEN

Ludwig van Beethoven: UGH! NEW, INVOLVED BEAT and VIENNA VET WHO BUGLED

Adolf Hitler: RILL OF DEATH and DEATH FOR ILL

Diana Princess of Wales: FELON WAS PISSED IN A CAR and POW! A LASS DIES IN FRANCE

Walt Disney: WINDY TALES and I LEWD, NASTY

William Henry Gates: THE MARGINALLY WISE and REALLY WIN THIS GAME

Howard Stern: WONDER TRASH and SWORN HATRED

Michael Jordan: IDOL CAN JAM HER and JAM ON! RICH DEAL

Neil Armstrong: MR. STRONG ALIEN and NO GIRL STAR MEN

Barack Obama: ABACK A RAMBO and AMOK CAB ARAB

Mitt Romney: MY! MERIT NOT and MY! I’M ROTTEN

So you see, these are just a few…

Try your name and try other names, i’d love to hear what you get or if its accurate.
